Universidad de Cantabria
The University of Cantabria is the only public institution that offers official university study courses in the region of Cantabria. It was founded in 1972, and its main objective is to contribute to social progress via its commitment to teaching and scientific excellence. The University of Cantabria is in the top ten national universities for quality and scientific productivity. In the academic year 2023/24, about 12000 students were enrolled in one of the 30 degrees, 5 double degrees, 45 masters or 20 doctoral programmes of the university.
Within the University of Cantabria, YESS 13 is organised by the research group Open STEAM: Teaching and Learning Mathematics through innovative and high-tech contexts.

YESS 13 will take place in the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Cantabria, located only an 8-minute walk from the Mi Campus residence.
